Heat Humiliated at Home

LA Clippers were on the mind of the Heat as they lose their 4th straight game. Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, and half the Heat roster were ruled OUT. Either they didn’t make it passed the Covid-19 sniffing dogs or had extrem e jet lag because essentially everyone was ruled out for tonight’s game against Denver.

I hate when players rest or take breaks. I get it that it is deserved, but come on. Coming off 3 straight losses and a tough opponent on deck, this game seemed to mean more for the Heat fan morale than anything. When you are down 25 points at half and your star player is chilling at the end of the bench, it just feels bad for morale. But, as we discussed I know nothing.

The Heat struggled early and often with their only bright spot coming in the 3rd beating up on the Nuggets by 16 in that period alone. However, Jokic tallied a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds to smother the Heat 109-82.

The Clippers suit up against the Heat on Thursday Night in Miami. Heat are favored by five points in the potential NBA Finals 2021 preview.
